REFEREE Writers Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in Referee magazine.

The Style Guide is developed for the convenience of our writers and editors. When we receive an article from a freelance writer, the editor will consider it for publication.

Rates vary from five to 10 cents per published word, depending on how we use the text. We may decide to hold your submission on file until space opens up or we will pick a month to run it. Scheduled articles need standard contracts that will be sent to the writer to sign and return for payment.

We accept submissions on speculation, but appreciate direct queries, either by mail or e-mail. No phone calls, please.
