(3/24) By October, Keith Segedy’s weekends from the middle of February all the way through Memorial Day were planned out. The hotel rooms, the flights and, more importantly, the schedule.

Segedy, a Division I college baseball umpire, who resides in Hazleton and is a special education teacher in the Hazleton Area School District, was able to umpire just four games this year.
